Is it really free?+
Yes. The 11 July session is completely free. No card, no contract, no catch. Just book a slot and show up.
Do I need to be fit already?+
Not at all. Every session is coach-led and fully scalable, so it works whether it's your first session or your hundredth.
What should I bring?+
Training kit, indoor trainers, a towel and a water bottle. We'll handle the rest.
How long is a session?+
Around 60 minutes, including a warm-up and cool-down with your coach.
